Franconia, Germany and Austria are our main focus, but our range is widely diverse. We have travelled too far for that and have already opened the odd bottle or two during our research and development phase. Austria: because it was with Grüner Veltliner that we learned how to drink wine. France and Spain: we lived there and are always nostalgic. Italy, Slovenia, Czech Republic: Neighbours, Europeans, always a surprise – especially off the beaten track.
